I have ordered the dollar cheese burger twice in Globe, AZ and once in Show Low, AZ at the McDonald's in Walmart. All three times I got diarrhea! This food is tainted!

i went 2 1 of your stores and had 2 wait 4 10 to 15 min for a cup of coffee the owener come out 2 bring me my coffee i ask him y it took so much time to get acoffee so he told 2 go get fu and called me a son of a b and a blank blank i will never go 2 a mac .as long as i live and i think i will call a lawyer up to see if i can sew a lot of my union members go 2 mac. to eat i will put a bocot out in the union thanks for reading this the store is off i 65 at rensaler indiana

I went to McDonald's store # 2638 in Sierra Vista Arizona at 10:25 AM on 7-8-2014. I ordered a double cheeseburger and large drink. I was told that the store did not start serving lunch items until 10:30 so it would be a few minutes. I thought this was good since I would get a piping hot fresh burger. Shortly after 10:30 my order was called. The first thing I noticed was that there was a wedge of the sliced cheese on top of the top bun. No big deal, but it was not melted. When I went to season the burger with pepper, I noticed that none of the cheese was melted, and the patties were completely dry and cold. They were done clear through, but not a drop of grease on either patty. As I started to eat the burger it was not only cold, but dry throughout. It is my strong belief that these burger patties were left over from the night before and (poorly) reheated. I have eaten at McDonald's for over 50 years and have noticed a deteriorating quality in some but not all of the stores. I am disappointed in the quality of food I was served. Strike 2! Just for your information, my customer # was 164.

I rate the mcdonalds on 43rd in glendale excellent. They are very nice and always has a smile on there faces even if they have a bad day.

I went to the McDonald's on 43rd ave and Thunderbird I waited about 10 minutes watching employees walk back and forth in front of the window just ignoring us. I observed people standing around talking and a manager texting. I final honked the horn to get someone's attention. They opened the window to tell me with all the new burgers people are having issues and it will be just a few more minutes. Worst experience ever! I think I'm done eating at McDonald's!

I went to the mcdonalds on 19th ave and bell rd outside the wal-mart. And i would like to say i have never seen a mcdonalds before with such bad service. I had a 12pm appointment and went to mcdonalds at 11:00 and i just walked in to grab a couple burgers and a coffee drink to go it took me 45 minutes in the lobby to wait for my meal, which by the time I left I didn't get everything i ordered? 45 minutes! They had only four people working and the others sitting on break or just walking around the lobby while it was beyond busy. When I left I called the McDonalds to make a complaint and demanded to speak to the manager and what I was told is sorry no manager today call tomorrow? Really, no manager at all. Worst customer service ever.

I want you to be aware that the 23rd ave and deer valley location refused to serve burgers . I arrived at 10.29 and was told it was breakfast or nothing. They were rude and I was shocked never being treated like that at any other location. Being a patron for over 30 years I was very disapointed

I called to ask for a simple question. The lady couldn't answer right away and she just hanged up on me! Very rude and unprofessional

I wish to file a complaint against the McDonald's on Gantzel in San Tan Valley Az. The tables were dirty from previous customers as well as the floor. The trash holders were so full nothing could be put in them, windows were dirty. Did not wish to go into the restrooms in fear of what I might find. This store is not a year old &is already being mistreated. I hope this message is seen by the right person to address the situation. Thank you a concerned customer.
