well actually this person down here is so wrong this is the best kfc, they have great service and um duh if your going thru a drive thru why would yu need plates? dont be lazy and use the ones you have at home. They do have a time limit to have you at their window maybe thats why she refused to give you plates. But by expieriance i have noticed that every one their is very polite and they always have a smile and a speedy team. i suggest thatif your going to need plates and all that just go inside. BEST KFC SERVICE THATS FOR SURE(

Doesn't have a good customer service, sad to say that it is one of my favorite fastfood, but anyway this is what happened We order our food in your drive thru and when we got our order we checked it and my wife asked for a disposable plate but the lady who attend to us told us with a gesture that is not acceptable and said to us "You should have told us earlier", then she closed the window, when in fact it will not take 2-3 seconds to get a disposable plate. I better suggest that you should tell all your employees or whoever is in charge in the drive thru service to automatically asked your customer if we need something especially if it is a to go order. We'll anyway i still love KFC but you should do something about this!!! Thank you!!!!
