Doesn't have a good customer service, sad to say that it is one of my favorite fastfood, but anyway this is what happened We order our food in your drive thru and when we got our order we checked it and my wife asked for a disposable plate but the lady who attend to us told us with a gesture that is not acceptable and said to us "You should have told us earlier", then she closed the window, when in fact it will not take 2-3 seconds to get a disposable plate. I better suggest that you should tell all your employees or whoever is in charge in the drive thru service to automatically asked your customer if we need something especially if it is a to go order. We'll anyway i still love KFC but you should do something about this!!! Thank you!!!!
