We enjoyed a nice birthday party but we were not happy with the garlic bread or the pizza like Grandma Capparelli used to make it Somehow the taste is not as awesome as it was and we started eating Grandma s food on Nacodoches in 1978 we continue to like the food but feel you are not following Grandma s recipe Are you using real butter and lots of it on the garlic bread The bread is fantastic but somehow it s not as good maybe more butter and spices Also we would eat one bite of Pizza and couldn t wait to take the next bite it was so wonderful please make sure you are using Grandma s recipes to the letter she worked very hard to make Capparelli s a success don t ruin it for her we loved her and she would kiss my husband on the cheek every time we went there We can get ordinary pizza anywhere but we want Grandma s Pizza and Garlic Bread
