On June 5th, Sommelière Mariya Kovacheva will present the first of the summer’s wine tasting events. This initial dinner will showcase the Wines of Corsica. Surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea, Corsica is as close to France as it is to Italy, and Corsican wines fall somewhere between the herb-tinged, aromatic wines of Provence and the savory, earthier wines of Tuscany, explained Mariya.
