Whataburger has reached a new low tonight. I decided to pick up a late supper for my son and myself around 1030 at the Midkiff location ( #297). The worker who took my order appeared either stoned, or drunk, and was slurring words to the point of being nearly impossible to understand. He asked if I wanted ketchup, and I said yes, then he went away, came back, and asked about the ketchup again. Couldn't seem to get a fix on my answer. After about a 30 minute wait in line, I finally got my order. I drove home, and found my burger had no meat on it. The fries were stone (no pun intended) cold. Hard to write a review on non existent food, but I would have to say overall, my experience was awful, and I do no plan to go back any time soon. Thanks for nothing. This particular location needs more than a little help.
