This is for the Springhurst location. 10/30/10
Just waited extremely long on breakfast potatoes which was ok until we get home to find that our artisan sandwich was on molded bread. Drove all the way back and the lady that took sandwich to replace it admitted it didn't look good but the older gentleman that we originally spoke to commented as to how he didn't see how the bread could be molded because they just started serving breakfast a few days ago! Never offered an apology or compensation for the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back after arriving home to find we couldn't eat the sandwich. I personally feel like things happen they can be out of their control, like receiving molded bread. However, in the future they should pay more attention to detail when preparing the sandwiches to see if the bread is good while making them and before serving to the customer. Lastly, offer a free sandwich on the next trip or something for the inconvenience, not argue the fact as to how it can be molded when it was right there green and nasty in two places!
