Poor. Absolutely awful customer service. The heavier set Mexican manager who refused to give me her name was extremely offensive and rude and called me a liar over an order of three fries that they got wrong and I asked politely to have them correct it, she said she didn’t care if they lost a customer it wouldn’t be the first time and then turned her back to me and refused to correct the mistake they made, I will never in my life come back to this Wendy’si will be calling the BBB and leaving reviews on every platform. She needs to be fired she is the worst customer service manager I have ever seen. You guys will just hire any one won’t you? That store odds doomed if you have people with horrible rude attitudes like that especially running your location. Just disgusting human being.
