we use the freshest ingredients we can find.  Fresh produce comes in daily.  Our guacamole is made from real avocados, tomatoes and onions.  Everyone is in love with Colette’s Green Salsa.  Why?  FRESH I say.  We roast fresh tomatillos, onions and jalapenos, blend them all with just the right amount of seasonings and then serve.  All of our meats arrive fresh, never frozen.  We make it fresh because it’s better that way! » More on Tucson Tamale Company Menu
