They ruined an engagement, had dinner reservations for 6 people, 45 minute drive on Valentines day. We show up to a sign that said Sorry Closed to Water pipe broke. They had my phone # for the reservation, NEVER called and when I asked about it they called back to offer me free wine with dinner (like that does any good when I dont drink and it took 3 baby sitters between the 3 couples to line up). So upset... This was the worst customer service ever.
