Thousand Oaks Cafe Reviews

Poor Since a couple of my friends raved about Thousand Oaks Café on Jones-Maltsberger, I was anxious to try it. Arrived for lunch at 11:45 last week.. Chips and salsa were very good. Our order was taken fairly quickly.. I ordered a combo plate and requested beef enchiladas instead of cheese. I was assured by the waitress that it wasn't a problem. Our waitress brought our order to the table and left the bill. That was the last we saw of her. My enchiladas were cheese instead of beef, and the rice was hard as if it had not been cooked enough. In the 1 1/2 hours that we were there, no one checked on us, refilled our drinks, and we had to get up and find someone for a take-out box. I will not be returning.
