It’s anchored by our house-created navel Pastrami, Daily-Ground Hamburgers, and Fresh-Sliced Ribeye Cheesesteaks. The appetizers bring higher-end offerings. These dishes demonstrate the depth of talent that permeates the REFUGE kitchen, and is considered Michelin Star caliber.
