TGI Fridays

Absolutely awful! As a franchisee of 7 restaurants, I was literally shocked at our lack of service and courtesy. Jerry, the local owner, actually sat 2 tables away from my family and as everyones food was delivered, the waitress told me they were out of the meal I ordered. My husband spoke with the owner and his response was laughter. I cannot imagine treating my customers in this unprofessional manner. I will not visit this Fort Smith AR location again. What a shame that the actual owner did not even seem to care.
