Ordered food at 8:40 and like I usually do paid with card. Never again. By 9:58, no food, I called. It was on its way and almost there. By 10:20, I called again, and it was 7 minutes away. By 10:34, I called again, because, you guessed it, no food. By this point we are approaching two hours and the thought of cold Mexican food was not exciting. I said I want my money back and that the driver could take the food back to the restaurant. The entire time, the guy on the phone said he was speaking to the driver. But, at 10:40 the driver called me saying my food was there. What? Expecting my account to be credited. Not holding my breath.
