A sweetly minimal café, with rustic wood floors and tables and tall mason jars, is a welcome new neighbor on a residential block in the Northeast. Don’t leave without a slice of homemade honey pie. //

Sweedeedee pies are made with an all butter crust using Bob’s Red Mill flour. Each pie is baked in a pyrex glass dish for the best bake. The apples are from Susan Christopherson of Old World Apple Farms. The honey is from My Local Honey who supplies honey from local beekeepers within 100 miles of Portland.
