SUBWAY

I have no complaints about the food, but the service is horrific. I had a question about the store hours and phoned the manager, once I finally got a hold of her she did not answer the phone with any type of greeting that would lead me to believe she was the person in charge and she had a thick accent I could barely understand her. Those are both things I would normally have easily forgiven if she had not been so was incredibly rude. I barely got out the beginning of my question before she rambled something incoherently and then HUNG UP ON ME.
I don't really expect much out of a fast food sandwich place as far as customer service goes, but I did expect at least the decency of the lady in charge to take a moment to take down my name and number if she was so incredibly busy, or to politely ask me to phone back later. As consumers we only have one way of casting a vote I will NEVER go here again and will advise my friends and family to do the same.
