Subway

I will never again dine at Subway. I made a complaint about the subway on Oaklawn and Cedar Springs Dallas Texas never having coffee in the mornings. I received a phone call from the owner that following Sunday and he stated to me I was a liar and I never ate at his location even though I still have the receipts for my last purchase. He also stated when I mess with his business I mess with him and I took this as harassment. I once again called corporate to let them know about the owners harassing phone call and the customer service representative told me there is nothing they can do about the owner harassing me.When I asked what Subway was going to do to make this situation right I was told by the customer service representative it is not her job to keep me as a customer. I was absolutely appalled and I will never dine at this location nor any other subway.
