very poor-new employee does not know how to handle multiple customers at 1 time.
1 customer the employee was processing customer's order and then 2 other customers
came into this Subway. Employee did not finish first customer's order but asked
the 2 new customer's what they wanted. Employee had only put on meat and cheese on the first customer,s subs and had pushed the subs down to the veggie area and
let them set there. Employee processed the 2 other customer's orders and then
came down to the veggie area and completed that portion of first customer,s order.
Employee did not check out the first order but left the subs set down by the register. Employee processed the other 2 customer's veggie request. After about
10 to 12 minutes of waiting on this employee to finish 3 orders, I was finally able to pay for my order and leave. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS SUBWAY EVER AGAIN. I FELT LIKE WALKING OUT WHILE EMPLOYEE WAS WAITING ON THE OTHER 2 CUSTOMERS BUT IF I DID THE EMPLOYEE WOULD PROBABLY CALLED 911. The MANAGER WHO
RUNS THIS SUBWAY NEEDS TO INFORM EMPLOYEE HOW TO WAIT ON CUSTOMER'S. FIRST COME,
FIRST SERVED. NOT WAIT FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS TO ARRIVE AND FORCE FIRST CUSTOMER
TO WAIT. VERY POOR EMPLOYEE TRAINING FOR THIS STORE.
