No one greeted me when I walked in or as I stood there. There was one other person in front of me at the time. I ordered two subs one was a meatball (when we got to the table my husband noticed it was never warmed, it was dead cold.As if It came right out the fridge) the bread was dry and hard. The people who worked there were very short and try'ed to use the same gloves as they did on the previous sandwich as well as the same knife to cut it. (I'm allergic to mayo)I know this is a franchise but maybe the owner needs to re-think they run there store.

Customer service was very poor. When I first walked in there was nobody behind the counter. The first employee walked in and started to wash her hands and totally ignored me. No Hello I will be right with you. She took my order and started to make my Sandwich. Another customer asked her some questions. So she stopped working on my order and helped the customer behind me. The customer asked her to take care of me and finish my order about 3 min. later. When it was time to pay no one was there to take my money. Another employee walked out seen me standing at the cash register and again nothing. Finally another employee came from the back 5 min. later and I was able to pay for my meal. All I can say is I like Subway but I will never step foot in this place again.
