Steak n Shake is my favorite burger, but had a bad experience at this restaurant ( Our server's name was Abby and she was great, worked hard, very friendly but her manager - Michelle - was a real bully. She was very nasty to all the workers and openly yelled at and belittled our server in front of customers. I really hate that, it ruined our experience there. I hope their owner and management recognize that Michelle needs to be re-trained or let go!
