Poor - went to this dinner with a friend on 8/20/17, and service was poor and very slow, so I sort of had to flag our waitress down a few times, annoying but tolerable. The waitress seemed nice but would disappear for long periods of time. In addition, when they brought our food out I was given the right meal but my friend order a pork roll cheese melt and got it with eggs (he hates eggs) so he apologizesed and asked for just a pork roll cheese melt instead, the waitress, again nice, took it back but brought back, what had to be the same sandwich with one alteration, a bagel porkroll and 3 to 4 regular unmelted cold cheese slices between the pork roll on the bagel sandwich...it was not to mention also a cold plate...simply ridiculous. My friend at this point had lost his appetite, as well as, so he returned his food, we paid for only mine and we left. It was only the waitress that apologized but while paying for the food the manager did not address the issue, ask how was our service, or attempted to make the situation less upsetting. Besides the waitress being nice the customer service sucked big time and so did the cooks.
