I have had very excellent experiences in the past. Recently however, a very poor experience stood out to me. Not only was I handed a sour snowball at first, but I asked for a flavor that I was unaware of a $1 up-charge. Assuming that I would get that for free, The woman proceeded to notify me of the up charge. I understand that the extra dollar was necessary to receive that flavor (wedding cake), but after handing me (and a friend) sour snowballs, I believe the customer should get ANY replacement they desire. Also, I wasn't asking for extra toppings or uneeded things to add to the snowball, I merely asked for a flavor I desired at the moment. If that was so much to ask, I find that unprofessional and rude.
2. While waiting in line, a car pulled up behind me. It was around 8:29-8:31. It was no later than that. The woman asked me to move forward and wait in a parking area. Understandingly, thinking the next person would be served, I did. Next thing I knew, the woman was closing the window, leaving the next person (whom had NO ONE behind them) to forget about any snowball they had in mind. Obviously this is inconsiderate and straight up disrespectful. I feel bad for anyone in that car, but also the snowball stand who has lost customers because of the actions held by there.
I wish them the best. Hopefully the management can fix this.
