We live in Royse City, so we may be slightly prejudiced, but we've eaten Texas BBQ from Lockhart, Drfitwood and other areas around Austin all the way up to and around DFW. The fact is, Soulman's BBQ in Royse City is excellent. Their pitmaster Chris has been serving up BBQ in Royse City for more than a decade. Their ribs are wonderful and the helpings are HUGE. Go with the 4-rib dinner plate - you'll get way more than 1/2-pound of ribs plus large sides. Five stars!!
