Sobo Ramen is a Fusion (Japanese-Inspired) ramen shop. At Sobo Ramen, we believe that Ramen is a universally recognized and loved comfort food that promotes nourishment, satisfaction and harmony to anyone who is looking for a savory, yet inexpensive dining experience. We are very proud that all of our ingredients come from our local farmers and our noodles are custom-made for us right here in the Bay Area. Sobo Ramen is the only Ramen spot in the entire East Bay that currently offers a vegan ramen and a gluten free ramen. We are look forward to seeing you!
