Sneakys Chicken was founded in May of 1979 by brothers Dave and Rick Ferris. When the two opened the restaurant in '79 they made it their personal goal to provide a quality meal at a fair price. In its early years Sneakys maintained both a restaurant and bar type atmosphere. It was perhaps after having children of their own that Dave and Rick decided it was time to focus on creating a family friendly restaurant, and that's exactly what they did.
