Hi Skip, We have been coming to Skips for years. We always love Skips. A couple of days a week or so, I come in and buy a pizza bagel to take to my daughter, who is a school teacher. The toaster oven is awful! It takes forever and doesn't do a good job. Can you PLEASE get a new toaster oven? Please, please, please, so it doesn't take me 20 minutes to get the pizza bagel?
