I went to your location for lunch today, my wife loves your food. This was my second visit. I ordered a spicy chicken with rice and garlic sauce rollup. It was very dry. I took one bite out of one side...couldn't swallow it, tried the other side and it was not good. The lady asked what was wrong, I told her it was dry. She offered me something different, I declined. She left it on the bill? You are in the Hospitality business and making someone pay for something that is not edible is the exact opposite of hospitable. If I had eaten all but one bite...I would understand; but she saw that I did not touch that rollup...and did not want to take it with me. I am surprised by this service. Especially since everyone is always so hospitable. Not sure if I will be back. I thought you would want to know. You should never lose a customer over two dollars worth of food. It's bad manners to make someone pay for something that they consider dry and un-edible. (whether you agree or not).
