We live in Thompson falls, Mt., and every chance we get to go to Missoula, we always make it a point to visit your fine cafe......we get the best service, the best food, at the best prices in town....we never go away hungry!! And, we really love the atmosphere and all the friendly people. Hope you never change!!

I would very much like to commend this cafe on their very good and delicious breakfast,lunch,dinner and specials menu !! I also love the friendliness of all the waitresses and the young ladies who at times come out from the kitchen to help out with the cleaning off of the tables-----------they all seem to have smiles on their faces every time I am eating there. Thank you for such a wonderful down home cafe,there are NOT many left in our fast paced world now a days!

It's been a Missoula standby forever but unfortunately the menu has suffered with premade/box items like gravy and soups. The usual frozen hockey puck deep fried meats and freezer burnt hamburger. Too bad they once made their own everything and now they are little different from anyplace else, except the service. Can't understand it they have a big full kitchen and competent bakers and cooks? The service is great. Great that is unless you happen to want to eat after 700PM and then count on being ignored while the staff concentrates on side work that needs done before they close a few hours later. Prepare yourself for cold french fries and minimal service. A sad shell of a once truly great little mom and pop cafe.

I've been to Ruby's on a few occasions with mixed reviews. Sometimes the food was excellent, other times it just wasn't good. The service has always been sketchy and not all that friendly, but the last time I went (and the last time I will go)we sat at a booth with no one acknowledging us for 10 minutes, so we left and went to another restaurant.

Good Home Cooking at an affordable price. Great Service.
