It's always happy hour: 3-7 p.m. Mon-Fri & 10 p.m.-midnight Sun-Wed, with $4 'ritas, $2 drafts & $3 wells. We love Rose's Favorite Margarita, but try the Vegas for a caffeinated twist. (Gabe Hartwig)
