Bad food, low life's and thieves.
We had a small group of people to serve. The service was very poor. One person had the meatballs and spaghetti, it was freezer burnt. One of our party said that he had seen them take the spaghetti out of the freezer and microwave it. When we went to leave, I noticed that they had included an 18% tip to our bill. I wrote on the slip a reduced amount. When my debit card and receipt to sign was returned to me I noticed that they still had the 18% tip included in the amount owed. I did NOT sign the debit card slip. I did leave them more than enough cash to cover the check by folding the printed bill over the paper money and sliding the ink pens clip over it all. Now a couple of days later I see that they processed the charge without me signing. They are trying to steal almost $40.00 from me. Bad food, low life's and thieves.
