At first I thought it seemed like a pretty cool place since they do have decent food and many of the employees are nice people. But, I had some bad experiences with their management, who don't seem to understand what customer service is. Especially the manager, who's lady in her 40's or 50's. The simple task of paying my bill turned my last pleasant evening there into a complete nightmare for me and my family. This manager copped an attitude with me over the bill, which was obviously written by somebody else altogether. But, I ended up finding myself being screamed at for it in front of my wife and kids. I had to look around and do a double take because I thought someone had pulled out a space age remote control and changed the channel until I realized this woman simply wasn't playing with a full deck of cards.
