Great food lowsy service, loud music not that great for families.

Went yesterday night, we were 9 people. The food was good but the service is totally unsatisfactory. We found on the bill that we were charged for at least an extra 20$ of stuff that we did not order. We asked for a second beer and a second soda but we never got them, though they were on the bill. Additionally we were charged 1$ more on most dishes, when we asked for the reason we were told that the menu had changed and prices increased, but we were handled 9 old menus! They were unable to show us the new menus though. A regular bottle of wine was charged to us 40$, they do not have a wine menu, we were told that they do not sell wine by the bottle, they just wanted to do us a favor! All of this was said in a rude manner by the owner, who does not seem to speak nor understand enough English. She is extremely uncivilized, ungracious, almost insulting I'd say. Oh, do not forget the excessively loud music, obnoxious. It was a quite unpleasant experience and we won't go back for sure.

Un detalle negativo del Puerto Barrios Restaurant es la musica esta con demasiado volumen ya que como tiene rockola los clientes marcan las canciones que quieran y pues es algo molestoso el escuchar canciones con el Volumen al 100% ya que no se puede ni hablar A parte de eso todo Perfecto el servicio, la comida muy buena mi calificacion es de 8/10.

went to puerto barrios this evening for dinner was denied service i am american my husband and his friend are hispanic we walked in an were shown to a table when the waitress arrived she said the the owner told her not to serve us i felt very affended i have not entered that resterant in years nor has my husband or his friend i felt she was being offensive to my husband because she had a problem with him three years ago we went to consita rico and had a excellent meal thank u
