We have been coming to possum trot for years and have loved it. However, we were in for dinner last week and I'm sorry to say neither of our steaks were very good. One was requested Medium rare and was very dry and had no flavor at all. My husband got the prime rib and again, no flavor. A new cook maybe? We will continue to dine there, I just thought you might want to know!Respond
