It is obvious you do not realize that Poland like Italy and many other countries have regional differences in preparation and ingredients when cooking. Or more likely you are a 2nd, 3rd, or maybe even 4th generation to the U.S.A. from Poland and the food you have been given has been altered to a American version.

We wish the Little Polish Diner were open longer. We live on the east side and like to eat later. We have enjoyed the stuffed cabbage dinners whenever we were able to eat there.

This place is SUPER friendly, but the food is just OK. Maybe I'm partial to the Polish home-cooking I grew up with- this is bland. It's nice for a quick stop, but for a real Polish treat- I'll make the trip to Seven Roses.

It happend to be 8:00am the legal starting time for noise. Yes Sunday just so happend to be the Polish Constitution day (like our fourth of July) Sorry you dislike the Polish heritage.
