This place was beyond horrible! It took forever for the guy to take take my order. He was very difficult to understand. We were told the food would be ready in 15 minutes. We waited 30 minutes. We got the food home and our grinder was missing. But, the kicker was the big chunk of melted plastic inside my daughter's chicken finger! The salad consisted of a huge heaping of lettuce and maybe one cucumber and the sandwiches were soggy. We brought all the food back, including the one with plastic and got our money back. Never, ever go to Pizza Time in Windsor Locks unless you want crappy food, crappy service and foreign objects in your fodd!!
