the pizza is ok, but when i called to let them know i got a freezing cold medium pizza instead of large pizza that I paid for, the owner told me "i dont know what you want me to do." she never once apologized. an apology and a maybe letting me know the next time i ordered a medium i'd get a large instead would have helped. i'm a manager and this was awful customer service.
