I have tried eating at this store multiple times; trying different items on the menu even. I just find their product very poor quality, and their customer service is terrible. The manager of the store doesn't seem to genuinely care about his loyal customers, or how to make improvements on the food! They are very disorganized, especially on weekend nights when they should have plenty of staff ready for help; I've always waited at least 20 minutes for my carry-out food! Sometimes I haven't even received the right order specifications and have had to wait 15 more minutes! I am done and over pizza hut, there are way better pizza companies out there that are ten times better!
