Bad management at Pizza Hut on Woodruff Rd in Greenville SC... good food but poor service. Starting at entrance..they want u 2 wait to be seated..but u walk in..no one is at their podium @ entrance.. u wait a few mins..no one notices you're there and u just seat yourself..another 10 mins and they remember you're there and come take your order...20-30 mins later u get the pasta bowl minus the 8 wings u ordered with it...Waitress goes back and puts in order for missing wings. No apology or even acknowledgement of the error. My husband and I were the only two people in the place. Waitress couldn't remember our order of two items from the only two people because she was focused on refilling the salad bar..have eaten here 4 different varying times..same non-apologetic poor customer serve...given up...not going back...servers take there ques from management... servers don't care because management does care!
