★ Poor 1 out of 5 one hundred forty four months and eighteen days ago around 5PM by Borealis

Today was definitely the worst service I've ever recieved!! I ordered my pizza at 3:15 pm and they told me 45 min. 4 pm rolled around and still no pizza so I called and asked the status of my order and they said they would be leaving in a few minutes. 15 minutes later I called again and they still hadn't left yet, so I had to cancel my order because my lunch break was over in 15 min. I work in a restaurant so I understand how things work and I've even worked at a pizza hut before ,but this was ridiculous. I get an hour and half break so I figured they'd be able to make it in time and I'd have time to eat. I would've gone to pick it up however I had to stay and watch the restaurant. And here's the kicker.....we're only 10 minutes away,if that!!! Never again will I EVER call for delivery.
