Good Pho.
Tea tastes like water.
Restaurant smells faintly of pee.
Menus had mold growing on them, and dried food stuck to them.
Restaurant dirty, ceiling crumbling in places.
Inattentive, disinterested service.
Go eat your Pho anywhere else.
