IDK about the other reviewers' experience, maybe he/she got there on a bad day. Anyway, I've gone to this Papa Joe's plenty of times and always had good service. And the food is really good too. I highly recommend their 'super burger' sub... it contains burger patties, cheese, grilled Italian meats, and fresh toppings, rather like another chain's product, but even better. It comes with an oil dressing (which I personally pass on), but other toppings you need to ask for, such as mayo, ketchup, mustard, etc. Anyway, great place!
