This Panera seriously impressed me with a simple thing. The Panera at 601 Providence Rd takes the minimal effort of placing the hot tea bags on the coffee bar next to a container filled with plain hot water. It makes it so simple for a customer to enjoy their tea. Other area Panera restaraunts Ballentine, 51 and Caramel, 51 and Independence, Fairview and Park South don't make enjoying my beverage nearly as easy for me. Waiting for a refill of hot water is not that bad but upon occaision it seems an incomprehensible concept to convey to an employee that I would like a refill of hot tea. A simple cup of hot water has been very troublesome for me to acquire a handfull of times at area Paneras yet the Panera of 601 Providence Rd conducts business in a manner that removes the possibility of this problem from ever arising. I am impressed. I hope that this arrangement of the coffee bar will find it's way to the area Panera restaurnts.
