How would i rate this Outback, you asked? Very poor. I'll say it again...VERY POOR! It was so poor of a customer service, you'd loose your interest in ordering your food. We've waited for over an hour which is fine cause you know thinngs happen. But here's what really pissed me off. All the guest who arrived after us got seated before us!! Unbelievable! Their reason?!? All those guest made a call ahead seating. Now, you know that's BS. Why?!? We made a call ahead seating before and we waited for over an hour! Call ahead seating does not work, at least not in this location. Will NEVER go back again!!! You can count on that!!! I felt like we've been discriminated, and that's not a laughing matter. Management should either get their act together or replace the entire staff. This place sucks!!!
