The food is excellent, but it's horrible customer service. The young lady that answered the phone tonight, immediately placed me on hold as soon as I said hello. After waiting about 5 minutes on hold, she took my order and before I could say that I wanted to pay over the phone, she disconnected the call. When calling back to advise the
young lady that I wanted to pay via credit card, she immediately placed me on hold again. Therefore, I had to hold on another 5 minutes to pay for my food; not good customer service at all.

I'd never order via telephone again, which ruins sales because I'm too busy to travel. That sucks because the food is of good quality.
