Brown - 3.4.2013 I've given them 2 shots to win me over as a customer. The first time the service was extremely slow. It seemed that our waitress was far more interested in a table of young men next to us. We felt as though we were a bother to her. Also, on this night a family of 3 sat near us and was never acknowledged. They left. My second attempt was a pick up order. I stood waiting at the counter and no one acknowledged me. There were several waitresses in their watering hole giggling and goofing off (at least that was my perception). I will not return. The wings were just okay for me. Some were undercooked. I'm amazed at the number of guests they have. Our experiences there left us with much to be desired.Respond

We live fairly close to this place but have never eaten there. The other night we had guest over and we all wanted some wings, so I had seen a coupon for 50 wings in the paper. We called to place the order and wanted to divide the flavors with 5 different sauces(10 wings per flavor), we were told in order to get the price on the coupon we could only have 2 flavors...how stupid who wants 25 wings of the same flavor. They would not budge..we were told we had to pay the regular price ($6 more) in order to get 5 flavors...so lets see...gain $6 more or lose a $40+dollar sale? If you owned the business what would be your decision? Needless to say we went to Buffalo Wild Wings and had our 5 flavors of 50 wings and had a great time!! A lost first time customer for life!!Respond

I placed an order for pick up and upon pickin it up the price was a lot more then I was told on te phone. I was then told about how they charge extra for every different sauce you use. I ended up paying a lot more then I would have if I had gone to gators dockside. I wante to try somewhere else because I think gators is a little over priced as well. But I liked gators much more in the end and suppose I will continue to go there.Respond

I like it, but they are never consistent. Go one day and everything is cooked perfectly...return at the same time, different day and it is fried too hard or not properly seasoned. Work on that kitchen staff.Respond

It is definitely a place people with all the "vices" go to. The food and service is excellent. The atmosphere is friendly also! We don't have a bunch of teenagers in bikinis' trying to serve us food and messing up the orders!Respond

I wish they would relocate the designated smoking area. Smoke is sucked in by the A/C and smokers exhaling as they come in the door. Not to mention you have to wiggle your way through the smokers that have gathered on the exiting side of the door. Simple solution..... Move it to the other side of the door and down the side walk a little.Respond

Will never order there again. Waited an hour in the place for a takeout order. Only two other folks in the place and we sat right in front of the cashier to wait. After waiting so long we finally ask about our order and they said..."Oh, we didn't realize you were waiting." DUH! We were never ask while sitting at the table if we wanted anything...just ignored. The waitresses were WAY to busy talking among themselves. Oh top of all that...our fries were left out of our order and we had to go back to get them after getting home. Lesson learned...won't go back!Respond
