The Gist : different, biggest

We ate there on Dec 5, 2010 and had the "Big Night Out" w/the Mojo sauce. The biggest shock is the price of the food (considering what you get, and how little effort by the cooks goes into preparation). The food is so-so, mostly tasting like boiled meat, which you dip in a dozen different canned sauces served in cutezie little porcelain dishes. While heavy on the calories (due to the cheese, mostly), the actual portions of meat are surprisingly small. Watch-out for bait-n-switch, with differences between their internet menu and the store menu (esp what is complimentary w/the BNO meal, vs $5 extra). But the final insult-to-injury is being mis-charged, then getting your money back, only to realize that they still charged your gratuity AND sales tax on that mis-charge. Bottom Line This restaurant is nothing to brag about, just a fad, much better food is had elsewhere in the area, and it will die like so many others before. None of my family would ever go there again. You go there once, and you'll see why you'll say "OK, won't go back there again".
