Two luke warm burgers and fries that were cold!! i am so over getting shitty food from this location!!

This McDonalds is not only rude but un sanitary and disgusting. They gave me a non fully cooked chicken sandwich, that had clearly been sitting out for a while. As if that wasn't almost bad enough, he put it back! But when he asked me how old it was & I said thirty minutes he luckily said "oh too old" THEN threw it away.. He was going to re distribute old uncooked food that my hands have been all over!!! Another problem I've had with them is we specifically ordered ketchup it was on the receipt they didn't give it to us and so my boyfriend went in to get it and they basically threw it at him (& they only gave us 3 packets) and ANOTHER time they messed up my friends order laughed at her and told her to leave. Three strikes & you're out. Please trust me when I say it's worth the drive to go to another McDonald's or any food chain.. Do not eat here.

Bad attitude of the guy at the drive through window. Ana some gross sandwich in the bad that we didn't order but tried it anyway. Frito chili chips on it. Will not return.

We will not visit this McDonals again. Worst by far. If you get my order wrong once, maybe it's just a bad day. Get my order wrong twice, and maybe it's a fluke. Third time's the charm. Nope. The third time we ordered 2 Pumpkin pies, 2 large fries, 2 large Iced teas and a Mocha drink. We were told the Mocha machine was broken (still, since we tried to order the same 2 weeks before with the same "Oh, the machine is broken". We paid, moved to the second window and checked our order before leaving. They had given apple pie versus the pumpkin pie we ordered. The lady at the window opened the pie box, slide the pie out with her fingers and then stepped away from the window. She came back 20 seconds later to say they didn't have pumpkin pies and handed the apple pies back. We did NOT eat the pies. Horrible service, horrible attitudes.

Date 2 Feb 09 Visited Drive Through at 910 A.M. We ordered a breakfast to include pancakes for a granddaughter who had just had her tonsils out. We had two other people in the house who were ill as well and we ordered breakfast items for them also. When we got home, the breakfast did not have pancakes, although we did have syrup in the bag. I called McDonalds, the lady who answered was very unfriendly and hardly gave me a chance to speak. She kept interrupting me and was very argumentative. I explained what we had ordered. She stated that the big breakfast did not come with pancakes. I explained when I was able to get a word in edgewise, that we stated to the drive through order person that we wanted a breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and pancakes. The lady on the phone kept repeating that the big breakfast did not come with pancakes. She asked if I had the receipt I did and she asked me to read off the order. I did, and it did state big breakfast. She said

This Mcdonalds is absolutely by far the worst one I have ever been to. They are very rude, never get the order correct, and never give ketchup or napkins. I know of at least 6 other people who have complained about them. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!
