Worst McDonalds ever. Food was cold and old and dry. when I asked for a replacement you would think that the girl at the window was paying for it. She was very rude and obviously lazy. When I got the replacement the fries were hot and fresh but it was the same cold burger. They removed the condiments and top bun and microwaved the burger and bottom bun. I guess it's too expensive to replace a 20 cent burger.McDonalds isn't a $0.14 hamburger joint anymore so they shouldn't act like one. I am also going to register a complaint at their corporate office in Oak Brook.

We were there tonight and the restraurant was filty I don't think I will ever go there again. The bathrooms were a mess tolet paper was all over the floor and the tolet themselves were dirty! I can't believe what a mess!

Only resturant i've ever been to that refuses to serve you a glass of water with your meal.You could buy a bottle but no small plastic cup. They had 15 people sitting around taking up all the good spots in the small dining area socializing with a small cup of coffee only. I guess they make more money off that than serving 2 burgers and large fries. or else they would be happy to give the non soda drinkers a small water when requested to wash down all the salt. Why do the McDonalds in Franklin and Oak Creek gladly give you a glass for water ? You would think you were on Rodero drive not Douglas avenue !!
