Poor . Manager , KATIE . (Older Woman) . VERY Rude To Her Employees . I Came Through Drive Thru And Decided To Use A Coupon From My Mcdonalds App (Which Was New To Me, Never Done It Before) For Some Odd Reason The Coupon Would Scan As Invalid .Meanwhile, Katie Comes Over Not Knowing The Situation That Is Going On And Yells At The Cashier Asking Her Why In The World She Has My Phone In Her Hand . (Um, To Scan My Coupon?) And Then Said To The Cashier (Knowing That I Could Hear And Was Sitting Right There) ""Its Not Working Cause Shes Trying To Re Use The Coupon . " And Then She Hurried And Walked Away From The Window. I Have Never Even Used The App Coupons This Was A First Time Thing . The Cashier Apologized For Her Managers Behavior . Very Rude And Will Be Making A Call.
