On 12/25/12, my husband and I went to McDonald's at approximately 11:00am. During the visit, we requested the manager or staff lower the music because it was extremely loud. Upon our request, the staff became belligerent making statements that we need to go home because we requested they lower the music. The manager and the staff came from behind the counter to where we were sitting and started to harass us and other customers who made complaints about the loud music. The manager as well as the staff was really inappropriate in their response. You really need to address this issue because those kinds of behaviors can cause problems.
